A+ fast shiping American craftsmanship would buy from again

This product arrived broken and I am getting no response for how to proceed. I have told all my relatives and friends never to order from either Goosey Girl Designs or Etsy because they do not stand behind their products. If they arrive broken, that is your problem. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau. I regret taking this action because I do like the product. The packaging was flimsy so it is not surprising that it broke. I do not understand why they do not respond to me because it looks like they bought insurance. I am frustrated and disappointed.
